Hello.

On meta.wikimedia.org, tabs (article, discuss, edit, ...) have no label
whatsoever. Left panel also contains only blank entries. Top line only contains
my username. Buttons in edit mode have no caption. And so on.

Preferences set to "french" language.

This appears to be due to a change in message cache behavior. I'm working on
clearing the caches, but it will take some time to do them all (hundreds of
wikis * a hundredish languages * hundreds of messages to make sure are
cleared).
