adding MaxSem since Reedy thought he had fixed something similar.

Max rewrote most of the Gadgets code also

Seems testing locally, the ArticleSaveComplete hook fires fine, but from testing, on WMF it doesn't seem to get that far for some reason and seems to skip it

I give up for tonight with this...

Max you might also want to check FeaturedFeeds on test/test2 as you use the hook there similarly...

Was broken by SpamBlacklist. Fixed in r111542, most credits go to Sam for investigating this.
