Undo buttons only being displayed next to diffs without edit summaries

Description

On Mediawiki.org since the upgrade to Mediawiki 1.19, the (undo) buttons on history pages are only being displayed beside revisions that don't have edit summaries.

Am I looking in a wrong way? I see all the undo links e.g. at https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Extension:FeaturedFeeds/WMF_deployment&action=history

I too see the undo links everywhere I should be able to.

I've tracked this down to r97042. Only happens on Chrome 17.0.936.

Reverted in r111798. Deployed to the cluster.
