Might not exactly be CR at fault, as it just uses MWs core email functionality

Does this cause duplicate mails to be sent out, or is this just a mail header correctness thing?

Somewhat amusingly, I've not had any emails at all from CR in quite a while

This could be because an MTA sees bad headers and blocks them as suspiciously spammy. I've been getting CR emails.

If we're going to dupe a bug, can we dupe it to one that has a somewhat decent summary?
