More likely it is a 1.19 problem.
Yeah sharedrepo had nothing to do with it. But it wouldn't have been the first time that commons doubled up on a ui message because it got both the 'local' and the 'shared' variant of it, that's why I added it in the ticket as an initial investigation hint.
Anyway fixed now.

Fixed does not mean deployed. A ticket is fixed when the code is in trunk, not when it is deployed to the live website.
If you look at the change: r112408 you see it is tagged for 1.19 and 1.19wmf1, so when someone will do the next batch of fixes, this will be taken along.
