Including the Pending-Changes special page as a template changes the title of the page to the included text, when there are no items to show.

Example:

It is also broken in MW 1.19 on Dewiki.

May also happen with Special:UnreviewedPages, didn't check. But I don't think other special pages aren't affected that much, as it is unlikely for them to give an empty result.
