panoramic images should have their own tag, like |thumb|, but not quite the same.

Description:
We now have configurable thumb sizes defined in preferences. This is good for standard
images, i.e. those which appear as floating thumbnails on the right hand side of the
page. However, for some images, particularly panoramas, it is preferred if they go on
their own line, centred on the page. Is it thus possible to add a new tag in addition
to |thumb| and |frame|, say |panorama| which is equivalent to |thumb|center|$foopx|
where $foo is set in the user preferences?
