External link icons should support HiDPI
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

Screenshot of en.wikipedia.org on iPad 3 with Retina display

Link type icons eg for news:// or external http:// or https:// are low-resolution raster images, and appear pixelated on high-resolution displays such as the third-generation iPad or when zooming in.

Recommend using SVG with a PNG fallback.

Looks good to me.

Even better if external-link-rtl-icon.png gets also the corresponding svg.

Mateusz converted all of the icons to SVGs. Yay!
