Steps to reproduce. I'm on a computer with Windows 7, IE9.
- Go to the super secret page URL.
- Scroll down until the end of the page.
- Scroll back up to the top and the "showing namespace..." bar will continue up past the New Pages Feed title to cover the login, user page/talk page etc pages.
