Volunteers from India would like to translate the "Welcome to Wikipedia" brochure on the outreach wiki. They approached me and asked me to file this request.

"Welcome to Wikipedia" is our central brochure and it's needed for critical outreach work around the globe.

I would be more than happy if you could enable this extension, so that the volunteers can start working on the translation.
