Enabled in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/10593/ - needs merging

Priority changed to high - we need the extension installed to work during a meeting this Thursday, June 14th.

I have merged gerrit change 10593 and deployed it on the live cluster.

I messed up a bit the database schema which cause a short outage on the be.wikimedia.org website. Then add to remove some incorrectly added tables.

Extensions seems to be runnable right now.

You will need to ask a bureaucrat (User:Romaine) to add people to the translationadmin group. They will then be able to :

• Manage message groups (translate-manage)
• Mark versions of pages for translation (page translation)

Folks in MediaWiki-Internationalization might be able to help.
