I've made gerrit 10575 and gerrit 10577 yesterday to update MediaWiki core master with the most recent translations for special page name translations and magic words translations.

I'll try to find someone who can merge this to 1.20wmf4 and scap.

For shell person: It probably needs updating of the LocalisationCache, too (rebuildLocalisationCache.php, or whatever Wikimedia uses for this).

Do we also need to fix extension special pages?

Definitely all pages and messages that could be localized must be updated according to translation project. For the present time the most actual question is Special:AdvancedTranslate. We wait for it long long days. Extension special pages are not so frequently used but of course we shall translate them too and as soon as we will translate them, fixing will be required.
