See the attachment. The files are there and are deletable by the user running these tests.

I tried on Windows XP SP 3 using Zend PHP 5.3.9-ZS5.6.0, but could not reproduce the problem (On my system, temporary files can get unlinked).

Which Windows variant and which PHP variant are you using?

Merged in, go ahead an retest using latest master :-] If the issue is still appearing, please reopen this bug !
