Magic RFC links are broken on german wikipedia

Description

Makick links of the form "RFC 1234" are borken: they all point to
http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc1.txt. Strangely enough, this seems to work on
other wikipedias.

This bugs brakes several hundred if not thousands of pages... please fix...

Thanks for finding it avar! I fixed rfcurl, but this seems to require
action=purge for all pages containing RFC magic links.
