Right now there only is a OutputPage::addJsConfigVars but not the equivalent for the ParserOutput which would be kind of useful in some situations - especially to prevent messing up the OutputPage when the stuff won't be required in the end after all.

ParserOutput can contains resourceloader modules, moduleScripts, moduleStyles and moduleMessages (last three since r93758), than it should also contains the js variable.
