This should be supported for all human-readable file formats (i.e. files that
are not saved in a binary format).

Just an info: DrTrigon's bot extracts color information right now but the Commons community asked him to stop categorizing by color, unfortunately.

This looks like we'd need to create an algorithm to figure out what color a particular image is and then note it to be able to search for it. Might be a lot of work....
