Remove edit tab when the page shows an item

Description

When the page shows an item it gives no meaning to show the edit tab in Vctor/Monobook and so forth. The visible action for this should be removed, even if it still (?) is there somehow.

It should be removed completely, and the edit action should be disabled. There will not be an item level edit interface. Even the non-js interface will be per-property.
