Please find in the page linked in the URL field above the discussion that lead me posting here.
Basically the order of the checkboxes at Special:Userrights has changed in the past weeks for no apparent reason. For example: the "CheckUser" flag, which was usually under "bureaucrat" is not at the very bottom of the page.
There's a file https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Userrights.png which shows you the past order of checkboxes (note that since its creation new rights were created at meta such as "translator administrator").
I checked at Special:UserRights at other wikis and the same problem exists.
Somebody in the global sysadmin or staff group could easily check the special:userrights page to see the issue.
