[[MediaWiki:Edittools]] should be loaded only with old editor (classic toolbar)

Description

Edit tools below editing window should be loaded only with old (blue square buttons) editor.

In most cases it duplicates relevant sections of the enhanced toolbar.

This might not necessarily be a good idea, I know people depend on old edittools even when using the new toolbar.

As per comment 3 it's not clear if this is actually wanted - hence removing easy keyword; can be re-added once consensus has been found.

{{strong oppose}} : MediaWiki-Edittools can contain common templates for the given wiki, that one can insert with just one click, that the enhanced toolbar doesn't provide.

MediaWiki:Edittools is often used to provide tools that are not available in the editor (any editor). Unless WikiEditor gets a customizable toolbar or something, this should not be done.

WikiEditor has no user-customizable toolbar. Things can only be added to it from JavaScript code. You can't customize it by modifying an interface message or through user preferences, as far as I know.
