Description:
I have a SUL since its implementation (30 May 2008), and all wikis I've visited after that have been properly attached to my global account. However, I was watching today my global contributions (http://toolserver.org/~luxo/contributions/contributions.php?user=capmo) and noticed that there was a wiki not attached yet to the global account, although I had a couple of edits in it. When I visited that wiki (outreach.wikimedia.org), I was not logged in automatically as expected.

When I performed the manual login, my usual password was recognized, but for some reason my previous contributions do not show up in Special:Contributions/Capmo, even though they can be seen in page histories:

http://outreach.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Template:Other_languages&diff=12496&oldid=12495 and
http://outreach.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Template:Other_languages/doc&diff=12728&oldid=12727

At Special:Preferences, the Number of edits is 0. Is that a bug, or is there anything I can do to fix it myself?

No, you didn't perform those edit in outreachwiki. You made those two edits in
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Template:Other_languages, which was later
imported into outreachwiki.
I think you had never created an account there, so that's why it wasn't
attached.

The reason you were not logged in automatically is the well-known bug 14407.

The fact that they don't appear in your contributions is bug 34873. It also
explains that on creating the account Special:Preferences stopped showing those
edits.

They are not counted in Special:Preferences because you didn't perform them
yourself in the wiki but they were imported.
