Links should probably have a title="". I naturally hover over links to see their target. I wanted to see if the target was correct and I had to fiddle with the link editor just to see something that should have been easily available.

Fixed in gerrit 21208 - left unclosed by accident, I think. (?)

[REGRESSION] This was fixed but now is not (probably in UI-rewrite). Would be nice to fix.

Now merged; will be deployed as part of the 2013-01-16 release cycle.
