I think it's related to sync of config files

The docroot was missing. Definitely because someone played with git commands and the labs common directory. Maybe a git reset ? :-(

Anyway, I have copied the docroot from the old-config backup, that fixed the issue.

Submitted the labs docroot to Gerrit as well: https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/14099
