A few messages from MediaWiki namespace on Romanian Wikiquote (ro.wikiquote.org) have a problem with the initial text. They doesn't contain the translated message form TranslateWiki.net.

An example is https://ro.wikiquote.org/wiki/MediaWiki:1movedto2 . If I delete the message, the text is: "moved [[$1]] to [[$2]]" instead of "a redenumit [[$1]] în [[$2]]" (the translated message at TranslateWiki).

It's seemingly a translate export problem.

MessagesRo.php in core doesn't contain '1movedto2', which is the problem. See URL set above in BZ

1moved2 is no longer in use except perhaps for IRC relay.
