Failed uploads flag not cleared after restarting wizard ?
Closed, DeclinedPublic

Description

Reported on https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Upload_Wizard_feedback

First batch - 3 files failed. Retried, succeeded. Upload finished. Started wizard again with "Upload more files" link. Uploaded 12 files of 12 total - still getting button "some uploads failed" "retry failed files".

Might indicate that the flag tracking the number of failed files is not being reset to 0 when restarting the wizard....

I honestly wouldn't know.... It doesn't seem there have been any reports on Commons UW feedback page about this issue since the merge, but I haven't been following this stuff too closely over the past months unfortunately.

No indication that this is still a problem, no clear way to contact original reporter for more info like browser or browser console output...
Closing as WORKSFORME after these two years as it's too vague now. :( If this still happens, somebody will report it again.
