On the repository, we need a way to link to items from wikitext for use on talk pages, etc. Links like [[Data:Q123]] should of course work, but we should also support site/title based links like [[Data:enwiki:Sulfur]]. The question is how to avoid conflicts with the interwikilink syntax, and avoid cumbersome stuff like [[Special:ItemByLink/enwiki:Sulfur]] - that should also work, but shouldn't be the only way to link to items by title.
