Indent-PRE-Block means before PRE block (<pre>), there are several colon and the rander page shows
a indented PRE block. When using UseMod wiki, I like it's indent pre syntax, but MediaWiki seems
not support it. Like this:

#list1
#:<pre>
blah blah blah
</pre>
#list2

I have a patch to fix it, while the patch may have a bug: if the PRE block after colon is not
closed, data after pre block will lost.
