When you click on the link to edit the language links on http://wikidata-test-client.wikimedia.de/wiki/Helium it takes you to http://wikidata-test-repo.wikimedia.de/wiki/Data:Q2 instead of http://wikidata-test-repo.wikimedia.de/wiki/Data:Q207.

It always led you to the correct ID but on the wrong repo. The default-setting for $egWBSettings['repoBase'] (set in WikibaseClient.hooks.ph) is "http://wikidata-test-repo.wikimedia.de/wiki/". This value should be overwritten in the LocalSettings.php of the client with the correct link to the connected repo. I updated http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikidata/Development/Setup#Client_instance to mention that. So, after setting the correct repo-link in the LocalSettings.php of the public test-client and dev-client this bug can be closed.
