The aa.wp has been locked. Sitelinks to aa.wp do not make sense, and thus should not be possible.

According to https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Project_chat/Archive/2012/12#Disallow_interwiki_links_to_locked_wikis there was never consensus for disallowing links to locked wikis, so closing as invalid. If there ever is consensus, there are probably a few more sites that need to be removed from the sitemap.
