Your wiki is already setup to use a specific logo, you should upload the new SVG file over the existing one at:

http://sa.wikipedia.org/wiki/चित्रम्:Wikipedia-logo-v2-sa.svg

You might need to purge that page once it is done as to refresh the automatically generated png file.

Please reopen this bug if you have any issue uploading the new file / purging the page.

Sorry, I made a mistake in Comment 5. The logo is on commons:

http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wikipedia-logo-v2-sa.svg

Not on the sawiki :-/ So you should upload it on commons instead.
