Yes, I suppose the action should check the namespace before reporting number of subpages.
Though the stat will still be wrong with https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:AC?action=info&uselang=en, of course.

I've decided to totally hide the option in those namespaces cause just telling there are 0 would suggest that it's possible to create some.
