Debug toolbar's debug log has no scrollbar in Konqueror

Description

The debug log in the (really wonderful) debug toolbar ("$wgDebugToolbar = true;") unfortunately only features a scrollbar in Firefox, but not in Chrome or Konqueror, which makes all but the first 15 or so lines inaccessible.

With 8db04efa6ccafbdc3841a9d4223f2ad8169004ad, a scrollbar has appeared in Chrome, but is still missing in Konqueror.

Confirmed, scrollbar appears on firefox and chromium, but not in konqueror (1.21 alpha).

I'm not sure how "easy" this is to fix as it might be a bug in Konqueror.
