Description

At https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:NewPagesFeed, it says "<pagetriage-welcome>" at the top of the page. It shouldn't say that. Something to do with the localisation cache, maybe? Copying Reedy.

Purging Special:NewPagesFeed fixed it.

Without action=purge, it still appears broken though

It's because I'm currently rebuilding the localisation cache
