Error generating thumbnail

Error creating thumbnail: convert: corrupt image `/tmp/localcopy_792c7ab37ab5-1.gif' @ error/gif.c/ReadGIFImage/1333.
convert: missing an image filename `/tmp/transform_530c89c241b4-1.gif' @ error/convert.c/ConvertImageCommand/3011.

and locally

identify: corrupt image `/tmp/magick-EOKNtC7B' @ error/gif.c/ReadGIFImage/1335.

This is really corrupt and Firefox doesn't render it either, but apparently it did work at some point (2008/2009):

Also https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Job_Cooper.gif , GIMP was able to fix somehow (Firefox had problems with the last lines of the image).
