Description

The linked image contains the following polygons:

These hsl colors are not supported by rsvg and rendered as black. Switching the colors to another colormodel, such as text or RGB, makes the image render as expected.

This has not yet been reported upstream it seems.

This seems not to be a valid SVG 1.1-feature.

According to @RazrFalcon in https://github.com/RazrFalcon/svgcleaner/issues/170 this is not a valid SVG 1.1

@Aklapper Are there any plans to upgrade to librsvg 2.42 or greater? It's been over three years since its release.

All work on Thumbor (the thumbnailing system currently in use in Wikimedia production) is stalled due to a lack of a maintainer. T294484: <Code Stewardship Review> Thumbor has some details.

Ugg. That seems like a massive oversight for an organization with $157 million in revenue and a >$100 million endowment.
