Make aliases UI compatible with ULS IME

Description

IME feature of ULS currently causes breaking the aliases UI on wikidata. This is temporarely solved by disabling IME.
We have to investigate the issues and adjust the UI to be compatible with the IME feature.

Denny: Does that mean that a ticket has been created at https://github.com/wikimedia/jquery.ime/issues , or where is the upstream bugtracker located?
