ml wikipedia edit screen without an edit toolbar
Occassionally, pages loading in ml.wikipedia without running all the scripts. This causes the Edit toolbar, Narayam IME, etc. unavailable. Screenshot of edit screen without a toolbar is attached.
However, the page will be loaded properly after a browser refresh.

Might be a more generic issue.

Yes.
This problem exist for a while (ie. about 5 months) and cleaning up some
scripts, reduced the frequency of this problem

I think yes. Leaving this for other users to comment here.

Difficult to say. Sometimes it required to refresh the browser twice or thrice
to fully load the scripts. Otherwise the problem appears once in a hour or so.

About half the time, when I load the edit page, I don't see the edit toolbar or
the Narayam extension.

Seen that, Andre. I feel that this issue is different because that one is a permanent problem. Doesn't matter how many times I try, Narayam cannot be made to work on those fields. But here, if I refresh and the toolbar comes back, Narayam starts working too.

The issue is still there.
I just took a look and hope that this edit: https://ml.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=1556429&oldid=742336 solved the problems mentioned.
Please test it and give me feedback, as I haven't been able to reproduce the mentioned problems. Feel free to close this bug in case that solved the issues :)

The script mentioned is a personal one, and I think no one else is using that. However, I shall test for a couple of days to give a feedback on this. Thank you.

I still experience this problem. But the frequency of the it has been reduced.
This now looks a lot like issues with scripts on ml.wp, hence nothing that has to do with WM servers...
