Description:
When a page is moved from ns0 to another ns, either creating a link from old to new page or not, the article count doesn't change: apparently the moved page keeps being counted forever.

btw, what namespace did you move it to? ns0 is not the only namespace counted as an article.

changing bug title because originally i thought you meant the article id number
