With Konqueror, at least on dewp, the flattened banner from "Wikipedia ist gemeinnützig und erhebt keine Gebühren." to "Schließen" is just pasted as text on top of the page.

Sorry - I had Adblock Plus enabled. Also confirming for Konqueror 4.8.5.

This works for me now with Konqueror 4.11.3. I don't know if something on WMF's side changed.
