Description:
Steps the bug occurred (can probably be reproduced with these, didn't test):

1. A PO file was imported into Translate for the first time
2. Message X was translated in Translate, but marked with "FUZZY"
3. The PO file was exported
4. The fuzzy status of message X was removed in the PO file, but otherwise the message and its translation stayed the same (there were other unrelated changes in the PO file, too)
5. The PO file was imported into Translate again

Actual results:
The message X remained fuzzy in Translate after the new import

Expected results:
The fuzzy status of message X was removed during the new import

The new import was done using Translate version from MLEB 2012.11.
