Right now, when a blocked or globally blocked user attempts to change an entry (such as changing the description), it merely shows the wikitext of Blockedtext and/or Globalblocking-ipblocked, which is unhelpful as the user should really be reading the parsed wikitext of them. In addition, this wouldn't be such a big issue if not for the fact that not all the text is visible - it's as if you looked at the wikitext, and cut off the right half of your editing window without repositioning the text.
