The wb_changes table currently contains the full entity data for every change. This is no longer needed, because any code that can access this database table can just as well access the entity data from the repo's database, using WikiPageEntityLookup.

Removing the entity data from the changes is expected to reduce the table's size by about one order of magnitude.
