Revision::getRevisionText should take wiki identifier

Description

Revision::getRevisionText should take wiki identifier, to allow for the loading of revision blobs from another wiki's database. This should be passed in the parameter array to the constructor of the respective ExternalStore object, ExternalStoreDB supports this.
