Several of these interwikis are not working, see the testcase at [[ar:chapter:Usuario:This,_that_and_the_other]].

I will upload a patch once Gerrit change 94593 is merged.

In the meantime, [[wmmx:]] works fine.

Use [[wmmx:]] instead.
