FLAC audio should not be in playable sources if not supported by browser

Description:
right now TMH will add any ogg file and not test if the actual codec is supported, this is an issue with FLAC and with Opus files.

TMH should only add supported codecs to the playable sources.
Once type is added to the output(bug 43101) the full type with codec should be used to detect if the format is supported.
