Don't show "0" if rev_len is unavailable for a revision on the History page

Description

Author: lexein-w

Description:
I requested that some deleted articles be userfied.
Then later, after editing a few of them, I requested that the edit histories be restored, because I had forgotten to request that previously (I became curious about who had worked on the articles).
Here's the discussion:
http://enwp.org/User_talk:Foxj#Userfication_update.3F

Here's the list of userfications:
http://enwp.org/User:Lexein/TLIP (Userfying [[The Long Island Project]])
http://enwp.org/User:Lexein/SS] ‎(Userfying [[Sixteen Stories]])
http://enwp.org/User:Lexein/HFAD (Userfying [[Hero For A Day]])
http://enwp.org/User:Lexein/TBSC (Userfying [[The Balance of the Seventh Column]])
http://enwp.org/User:Lexein/EN ‎(Userfying [[Eric Norcross]]

Actual result: my edits were preserved, but all prior edits are listed as 0-length, as is the article length at each edit.

Expected result: edits preserved, all prior edits show actual length of edit and article

Question:
Is this a bug in restoring?

Desired outcome:
Are the 0-len article sizes and edit sizes "repairable" to correct values?

Version: unspecified
Severity: normal

gerrit change 40301 to make history pages not report size info as 0 in case it is unavailable.

Just for the record - what happened is:
*Revisions did not get their size calculated, because they were deleted when we were calculating all the revision sizes (bug 24538)
*History page treated no size info as if the revision had a size of 0. Which gives incorrect information.
