There's neither a product or component "Semantic MediaWiki" on Bugzilla (https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/query.cgi?format=advanced) which makes finding and reporting bugs pertaining to SMW a bit cumbersome.

What about e.g. this:

You have to pick product "MediaWiki extensions" and than select "Semantic MediaWiki". It's all there. :)
