[statements-ui] Property-values for items should allow only Item IDs

Right now its possible to enter ANY value for an item-type statement. Only items selected from the entity selector should be allowed.

The property-values for items should be only Item IDs. It would be nice if they checked if it is an existing Item ID, but this is not required (since we have to live with the fact of Items being deleted later anyway). But they should definitively not allow arbitrary values, but only possible Item IDs.
