Somehow Special:Whatlinkshere should list items that use a specific property, or a similar page should list this kind of relationship. In the last case Whatlinkshere should list those entities that are explicitly linked through a property.
I'm not quite sure which model is correct. Implicit linking is sort of slightly on the side of what Whatlinkshere does, but adding other pages with nearly the same behavior is confusing. Also the implicit linking can be said to be explicit as seen from the item pages.
