Description

A PHP warning message appears when the user interface language is switched to "zh-
hk" ot "zh-tw":

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /usr/local/apache/common-
local/php-1.5/includes/SpecialPreferences.php on line 723

also, the font size is larger than usual. And the [Math] options cannot be set (no
option can be selected).
