Just ran accidently across this thing: since it's not possible to move a
protected page it should not display a link to do that. Bad usability, if you
try to click on a link and it does nothing.

Yeah, that's pretty weird. It actually shows a tab that's _not_ a link, but you
can't really tell except that it doesn't react. :P Since we don't do that
anywhere else, I'm taking it out...

Fixed in 1.4 and 1.3 CVS and put live.
